You may actually notice that a lot of my recipes will have an Asian flare. I have a deep love for Asian food and the other half is Korean.
So ingredients like curry powder, sriracha and soy sauce will pop up frequently around here along with a few random others. We also love to top things with eggs which according to the other half, is Asian.
We do mostly follow a clean eating diet. However, sometimes my seasonings may not fit that profile. For example soy sauce is not a clean food.
In my experience altering my diet too far from my norm will only cause me to crash and fail. So while I do use some not so clean ingredients, they help me stay on a better diet by keeping the taste of the food within my range of normal. This recipe does fit a low carb, high protein diet even with the sodium from the soy sauce. It however, does contain a decent amount of sodium so if you are trying to avoid sodium you can simply omit the soy sauce.
